  • Q2 How do I apply for MMAb2c membership to use the easy by Bank SinoPac?
    1. You must have an account with us.
    2. Fill in the "MMAb2c Web Service Application and Modification Form." After completing the application, the system will send a "password activation" email to your designated email address.
    3. easy by Bank SinoPac activation process: After receiving the "Password Activation Notification," please go to the " easy by Bank SinoPac Login" page →Please enter your "ID.     The APP is specifically for customers with an overseas account held with SinoPac Bank. If you have an overseas account with us, please apply for MMAb2c member to use the app.

    ※Vietnam and Hong Kong area members are eligible to use easy by Bank SinoPac.

  • Q5 Are there any fees required for using the easy by Bank SinoPac?

    Services are provided to customers free of charge. However, charges will apply to general transactions in the APP such as transfers from your account to other banks or overseas branches.

  • Q6 What is the time limit for automatically log out of mobile banking easy by Bank SinoPac?

    In order to prevent your account information from being revealed, the system will automatically log out within

    10 minutes if it does not recognize any manipulations from you.

    The same ID number cannot log in to easy by Bank SinoPac Mobile Banking on two or more devices at the same time. If you have been logging in on other devices, the system will remind you to log out on those devices.

  • Q1 What accounts can I check on the easy by Bank SinoPac?

    The easy by Bank SinoPac is currently only available to customers from a single district or customers who have a cross-district binding account in Vietnam and Hong Kong. Account information in Macau and Taiwan will be added in other stages.

  • Q3 How far back does the transaction history go on easy by Bank SinoPac?

    Transaction details are kept for up to 1 year.

  • Q4 How do I check my MMAb2c Login history?

    You can check your last ten MMAb2c login history and easy APP through the following two ways:

    1. For MMAb2c Website, click the bottom right of "Account Overview" and then click "Login history" for checking.
    2. For easy by Bank SinoPac, click the "main menu"and then click "Login record inquiry" for checking.
  • Q1 What is a "User Code" and "Online Banking Password"?

    To ensure the security of online transactions, when you log in to online banking on the website, you not only need to enter "ID. No." and "Online Banking Password," but you also need a "User Code."

    1. "User Code": Must be between 6-12 characters in length and contain both letters and numbers. Your user code shall not be the same as your "ID. No." or "Online Banking Password." It can be case sensitive and a code shall not contain spaces or any symbols, also do not use 4 digits (or more) in repeating, ascending or descending numbers or letters in a row.
    2. "Online Banking Password": A password must be between 6-20 characters in length and contain both letters, numbers and symbols; letters must be both uppercase and lowercase; your password shall not be the same as your "ID. No." or "User Code." Uppercase and lowercase letters are deemed different. Also, do not use 4 digits (or more) in repeating, ascending or descending numbers or letters in a row for your password or user code. Combinations such as 1234, 4321, 2222, ABCD or DCBA should be avoided.

    ※Vietnam members Online Banking Password is only available for 12months.

  • Q2 What is the "activation password"?

    Your activation password is the verification password used to register for MMAb2c membership. When you log in to online banking for the first time, "Online Banking Password" can only be set after entering your "ID. No.," "User Code," and "Activation Password." As soon as you set up an "Online Banking Password," the "Activation Password" will automatically become invalid.

  • Q3 Can I change my passwords at any time?

    You can change your "User Code" or "Online Banking Password" via the easy by Bank SinoPac at any time.

  • Q4 What happens if I forget my password or enter a wrong password for more than 5 times?

    When you are an MMAb2c member, the system will automatically terminate your online banking service. Please re-apply for membership or call our customer service center (Vietnam 84-28-38220566,Hong Kong 852-2907-6968) for assistance. Thank You.

  • Q5 What if I previously shared my "Online Banking Password" to others?

    Bank SinoPac recommends changing your "Online Banking Password" immediately. Please keep your personal "ID. No.," "User Code," or "Online Banking Password" safe and do not disclose to anyone.

  • Q1 How do I set a designated account?

    Please go to “Document Download” at MMAb2c for "MMAb2c Web Serivce Application for Pre-designated Beneficiary Accounts Form." Send the form back to the customer service center or bring it to one of our branches once it is filled out and signed in person.

  • Q2 What is the limit on the number of the designated accounts when using on easy APP?

    The designated account that easy APP member is used by ID does not exceed of 99 accounts (including) unless the parties have engaged in other agreement.

  • Q3 What is the time limit for transferring funds?

    Only available during business hours (8:30~15:30 Vietnam time).

    For Vietnam: Transactions are subject to Vietnam business hours. Transactions are suspended during non-business hours or public holidays in Vietnam.

    For Hong Kong: Transactions are subject to Hong Kong business hours. Transactions are suspended during non-business hours or public holidays in Hong Kong.

  • Q4 Limitations on Remittance Transfer?

    To ensure the security of your transactions, you are required to use a mobile device that supports biometrics.

  • Q5 What should I do if I have 5 failed remittance transfer authentications?

    To ensure transaction security, the Bank will disable the transaction verification function. If you still need to make a transfer, please set up the transaction verification function again (login with user code/password).

  • Q6 After transfer transaction was sent, how can I check the transaction progress?

    For mobile banking easy by Bank SinoPac transfer, our bank needs to review the remittance data and confirm the suitability of the uploaded documents, etc. Please be sure to check the transaction status in "Remittance Transfer Status Inquiry" to confirm the transaction execution result.

  • Q7 How many recipients can I add on my chase direct transfer?

    The maximum number of the recipients you can add on your chase direct transfer is 99 accounts (including) unless you have engaged in other agreement.

  • Q8 What is the limit on the amount of remittance transfer transaction?

    Limitations on transfer amount in Vietnam.

    1. For designated transfer accounts
      1. General account: The maximum daily limit for transferring funds within or outside Vietnam is USD 35,000 or equivalent. The transaction limit is applicable to the combined total amount of designated transfer account transactions from MMAb2c e-Banking Website and overseas mobile banking and other automated channels.
      2. eKYC account: Not applicable.
    2. For non-designated transfer accounts (without overseas transfer transaction services)
      1. General accounts: For domestic transfers within Vietnam, the limit is US$1,500 or equivalent per transaction, with a maximum daily limit of US$3,000 or equivalent, and a cumulative limit of US$6,000 or equivalent per month.
      2. eKYC account: For domestic transfers within Vietnam, the limit is VND8,000,000 per transaction, with a maximum daily limit of VND24,000,000 or equivalent, and a cumulative limit of VND40,000,000 or equivalent per month.

        Limitations on transfer amount in Hong Kong.
        The minimum limit of each transaction is HK$50 or equivalent, with a maximum limit of HK$1,000,000 or equivalent. The maximum daily transaction limit is set within the above limits, subject to the maximum limit agreed. The transaction limit is applicable to the combined total amount of designated transfer account transactions from MMAb2c e-Banking Website and overseas mobile banking and other automated channels.
